Shane Decker is an Industrial real estate expert. He has spent the last eight years sourcing, acquiring, leasing, and managing, industrial assets across Florida. Shane began his real estate career working approximately five-years alongside well-known industrial powerhouse Ben Genet of Genet Property Group. Starting off as a property manager, he eventually worked his way up to the director of acquisitions where he was responsible for directly sourcing, closing, and stabilizing value add purchases on behalf of GPG. After GPG, Shane co-founded Infinity Properties to acquire a large-scale portfolio of generational type industrial assets. Infinity Properties has acquired over 1,000,000 square feet of small bay light industrial assets in the last 24 months valued at over $150,000,000, providing its principals and investors with tremendous yield on dollar and significant capital appreciation. Industry professionals all throughout Florida look to Shane for advice and guidance on all aspects of industrial transactions. Brett Schlacter is general counsel and co-managing director of Infinity Properties. Brett is also the founder and managing partner of a well-known mid-sized litigation law firm, Schlacter Law, specializing in insurance litigation, commercial litigation, and other commercial matters. Brett has resolved millions of dollars of large-scale commercial insurance claims and has handled thousands of cases in both state and federal court. Brett is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocate Forum and is a multiple year Super Lawyer. Brett has extensive experience in real estate transactions, insurance claims, landlord tenant issues, corporate merger and acquisitions and debt and financial structuring of companies. Brett leverages his legal and financial background to add tremendous value to Infinity Properties both as general counsel and Managing Director. Infinity quickly stabilizes its value-add acquisitions providing industry leading value to investors and principals. Brett is an active investor in all Infinity Properties’ acquisitions.
Josh Apfel is a partner and managing director of Infinity Properties, with a focus on West Coast investment and strategy. Prior to joining Infinity Properties, Josh was a Vice President with SVPGlobal, an ~$18 billion global alternative investment firm with offices in Greenwich, CT, London and Tokyo. While there, Josh oversaw key portions of fundraising efforts and marketing logistics, and developed and managed relationships with numerous institutional investors across the globe. He was also SVP’s portfolio and product expert, and responsible for preparing all the firm’s marketing and investment-related content. From 2012 until 2019, Josh practiced law as a corporate restructuring attorney in New York City, most recently with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he assumed a senior managing associate role on multibillion-dollar Chapter 11 cases and specialized in sales/acquisitions of debtor real estate portfolios. Josh received his J.D. from NYU School of Law in 2012, and his M.A and B.A. in Accounting from the University of Florida in 2009.

Pamela McCleod, after obtaining her bachelor’s and master’s degrees, moved to South Florida to work in city planning and development where she reviewed site plans, re-zonings, permitting and other planning and zoning requests for commercial properties. After, she transitioned into the commercial real estate world and worked to source and sell industrial real estate for high-net-worth families and investors. She is ambitious and driven with a unique problem-solving skill set. Pamela joined Infinity Properties in 2021 as Director of Acquisitions. Not only does Pamela provide excellent customer service, but she also ensures a professional and positive experience with every acquisition and leasing transaction.
Nelson was born in Miami, Florida; however, he has traveled extensively due to his father’s military career. For over 20 years, Nelson has worked in the accounting and administrative departments for several local law firms and private equity funds. As a native South Floridian, Nelson enjoys following the local sports teams, such as the Dolphins, Panthers, Marlins and the University of Miami Hurricanes. Nelson is responsible for corporate-wide oversight of all aspects of financial operations, including financial reporting and analysis, internal and external audits, budgets, internal controls, payroll, and accounting functions. Nelson also oversees and manages each property, collections, outside accountants and financial consultants and institutions.
Tiharah worked for over a decade at a premier residential property management firm specializing in white glove treatment for all of her tenants from a variety of backgrounds. She recently brought her tremendous property management and customer service skills to Infinity Properties as one of Infinity’s Property Managers. Tiharah is a mother of two and enjoys spending time on the beach with her family. Tiharah’s number one goal is to make sure that all of Infinity’s assets are clean, incredible places to work for our tenants to grow their businesses.
With over 20 years experience in the Florida commercial real estate market, Mr. Neveleff brings a wide breadth of expertise and knowledge to each and every transaction he manages. Mr. Neveleff was a founding partner for 16 years and served as the President and CEO of a large commercial and development firm in Central Florida. While there, he participated in and or managed in excess of $1B in transactions. With a focus on providing superior solutions to complex real estate problems, Mr. Neveleff works with Infinity Properties managing their 210,000 SF of industrial and flex properties in Central Florida. Mr. Neveleff manages all leasing for Infinity’s properties in Central Florida.
Corey graduated masters in Accounting from the University of Florida. After graduation, Corey worked at Deloitte for two years as a tax accountant and obtained his CPA license. From a young age Corey has been very focused on real estate and growing a portfolio. Over the years Corey has invested in properties and helped manage family holdings which has helped him gain a lot of insight into the industry.
